Experimental research of the effectiveness of system of pedagogical rehabilitation of pupils with special educational needs in educational and rehabilitation center

The process and results of testing the effectiveness of the developed model of the system of pedagogical rehabilitation of pupils with special educational needs were revealed through the pedagogical experiment, which included three consecutive stages: the observation, formation and verification. At the observation stage of the experiment the diagnostics of the state of pedagogical rehabilitation of pupils with special educational needs was carried out according to the determined criteria and indicators in Khortytsia National Educational and Rehabilitation Multidisciplinary Centre, Novomykolaivka Educational and Rehabilitation Centre – Curative Boarding School «Parostok», Kamianske Educational and Rehabilitation Centre – Curative Boarding School, Berezivka Educational and Rehabilitation 
At the formation stage of the experiment, a model of pedagogical rehabilitation system for students with special educational needs was implemented in experimental groups of the Khortytsia National Educational and Rehabilitation Multidisciplinary Centre. Implementation of the model of pedagogical rehabilitation system into the work with students with special educational needs resulted in the formation of strong motivation to study, of domain knowledge, abilities and skills, of informational and self-educational competences that secure development and self-development of pupils as of cognition subjects, with the aim of their continuous educational integration in the society. According to the results of mathematical and statistical analysis of change in the indicators of pedagogical rehabilitation of students with special educational needs, it has been estimated that in the experimental groups (the Khortytsia National Educational and Rehabilitation Multidisciplinary Centre) a decrease in the number of students with low level of readiness and ability to successful educational activity (р < 0.05) and an increase in the percentage of students with high level of subjective readiness and ability to successful educational analysis (р < 0.05), are statistically significant. In control groups no statistically significant changes in the number of students with low level and in the number of students with high level of subject readiness and ability to successful educational activity, have been registered. According to the findings of mathematical and statistical analysis, positive results of experimental test of the system of pedagogical rehabilitation of students with special educational needs in conditions of educational and rehabilitation centre have been confirmed.
