Psychological aspect of protection of young disabled students in Ukraine

Psychological aspect of protection of young disabled students in Ukraine are analyzed in the article, basic legal acts of social security of disabled people in Ukraine are outlined herein, as well as main contradictions between the psychological influences of the environment and the internal personal problems of disabled students are investigated herein.

According to the results of the analysis of the theoretical basis, practice of introducing the inclusive space and typical psychological problems of young disabled students, a number of typical didactic, social, educational and socio-economic destructive factors were identified.

On the basis of the experimental research, inconsistencies between the personal psychological problems of students with special needs and legal, social and educational tools for resolving the above-mentioned problems were identified.

It was determined that disability includes not only the objective reasons for human restriction in the possibilities caused by various psychophysiological factors, but also the complex of personality symptom complexes, which, even when ensuring the availability of the environment and inclusive conditions of education, are the main destructive factor of the second level of socialization.
