The Educational and Social Item of The Systematic Approach to Inclusive Environment Organization

The article deals with the implementation of key components of an inclusive approach to the education and socialization of children with special needs. The advanced experience in achieving successful education of children with disabilities within general school environment is analized. The features of universal design in education and differentiated approach to the construction of the educational process in modern conditions of reforming educational policy in Ukraine is highlighted.
The key point in the theory of model implementation of inclusive education is the willingness of the school to accept all students with their unique needs and individual differences, adapting pedagogical approaches, organization and planning of the features according to each student.
The key point in the theory of the implementation of the model of inclusive education is the willingness of the school to accept all the students with their unique needs and individual differences, the adaptation of pedagogical approaches, the organization and planning of the educational process in accordance with the characteristics of each student. Without the positive attitude of the school staff, any attempts to include children with special educational needs in the educational environment are can failure. In general, the success of each teacher is determined by his attitude, the level of pedagogical skill, the ability to solve problems, as well as important is the support of the school administration and colleagues. However, there is no ready-made recipe on how to bring any student in any situation to a general school.
The theoretical approaches to the organization of inclusive education are based on the provisions of the social and human rights model of disability and provide the implementation of full social inclusion for all people with disabilities.
