Kosovska A.O. - Theoretical aspects of the system of team interaction of specialists in training of children with special educational needs

In the wake of scientific interests: the problem of team interaction of specialists in teaching children with special educational needs and the readiness of correctional educators for team interaction.

The article reveals the essence of the approaches of scientists to the definition of understanding "children with special educational needs", its designation is considered in the context of international and domestic legislation. As a result of the analysis of scientific research and regulatory documents, an opinion of the concept “children with special educational needs” is formed. The domestic
education system for children with special educational needs is considered. An analysis is made of the state of development of inclusive education in Ukraine and the barriers that slow down the process of including children with special educational needs in the educational process of secondary schools. A method for improving the system of inclusive education by creating a team interaction of specialists of the educational process of children with special educational needs has been formed. The concept of “team” is revealed, its main purpose and state of development of the team form of work in the field of education of children with special needs of psychophysical development are established. The analysis of the “Model provision on the team of psychological and pedagogical support of a child with special educational needs in the institution of general secondary and preschool education was carried out, as a result recommendations were generated. The author focuses on the need to improve the team accompanying a child with special educational needs and the development of team interaction between the involved specialists. The structure of a team for escorting a child with features of psychophysical development in the conditions of integrated learning is developed. Their specifics of team interaction are determined.
