The problem of development and the process of the formation of relationships social groups relevant in the minds of current trends of public life. Formation of communicative activity in children with hearing impairment in the early stages of personality development is a prerequisite for meeting one's own needs for the life of society. A sense of harmony and fullness should be instituted at a very early age of in child with psychophysical disorders. Formation of interpersonal relationships in preschool children with hearing impairment is the key to overcoming serious violations of the subject's balance with the social system. Children with hearing impairments should be gradually taught to notice the conditions of adults and children; learn to help one another; develop the ability to analyze, compare, summarize subjects; to broaden and deepen the understanding of the world and people, their emotional state in the process of certain interaction; to observe and see the interconnection of the phenomena of nature, of the world; to develop temporal phenomena as a basis for mastering complex sentences, to understand the content of the text, to establish causation; to know the characteristics and the sequence of the change of seasons, the life of the animal world and the life of people. According to our study, hearing impaired children should be trained in observing and exploring the phenomena of nature, observing events in kindergarten, at home, and talking available
means of speech (sign language), but also using verbal speech as a mental phenomenon of social development.
This article highlights the main directions and pedagogical technologies of Deaf education for the formation in children with hearing impairments in preschool age skill to establish the interaction between people and interpersonal relationships in their cognitive activities as a guarantee of a successful and harmonious life in society.
