Kosovska A.O. - Teamwork as a component of the organization of education of children with special educational needs

In the wake of scientific interests: the problem of teamwork in teaching children with special educational needs and the readiness of correctional teachers to work in a team.
The article highlights the importance of teamwork that is necessary for the successful education of children with special educational needs. The term "team" as a basic concept of teamwork is theoretically substantiated, the generic connection of the origin of this term is established, on the basis of comparative analysis, the difference between the concept of "team" and the working group is determined. A terminological analysis of the concepts of "interaction" and "teamwork" was conducted in order to highlight the essence of teamwork and establish the relationship between these concepts. The structure of the interaction process is schematically presented and described, on the basis of which the difference of interaction in the team is traced. As a result of the analysis of the scientific literature the signs of teamwork are determined. Scientific approaches to the formation of the phenomenon of teamwork, principles of teamwork, stages of team development and role positioning in team work are analyzed. Based on the theoretical analysis, the structure of teamwork as a component of the organization of education of children with special educational needs is modeled.
