Kurytsya A.I. - Table of contents and methodological aspects of the leadership logopedian-students quality development program

The article deals with the content and methodological aspects of the program of development of leadership characteristics of speech therapists students. The social-psychological training "Responsible leader" became the main method of development of leadership characteristics of the person. One of the peculiarities of the training and consultations throughout the experiment was the periodically appearing a need to trace participants' willingness to success, to maintain their confidence in themselves and their abilities. These tasks were mostly solved in the individual work with the test persons. At the beginning of the discussion, the participants took a rather passive position, then they became aware of their own steps that they can take on the path of self-development, self-improvement. Exercises aimed at developing reflection, subjectivity, and responsibility of participants were complicated from one lesson to another. Purposeful work to discuss the problem of responsibility, "audit" of those deals, for which each participant is responsible, demonstration of other behaviour pattern allowed these participants to look at the problem differently, to assign a greater degree of responsibility for their actions, chooses, their own lives. The conditions of active search and discussion enabled the respondents to understand the essence of the phenomenon of leadership, the necessary leadership personal characteristics, the place and role of responsibility in the system of leadership characteristics. Some exercises were dedicated to improving goal setting, communication and organizing skills, developing sensitivity, creativity etc. It has been found, that goal setting by means of imitation enables you to compare your purposes with the aspirations of others and the means of their achieving.
